| This is a 36-unit condominium project for seniors. It has a heated underground garage. The developer wanted this building to have a Northern Minnesota lodge expression.
The building has a gabled entry porch with exposed wood trusses. The lobby is two-story tall featuring a curved wood grand stair, with chandelier and radiate wood coffer ceiling.
All units are spacious, offering great views to the adjacent woods and neighboring communities.
Each level has a small library. The top level has a community room and exercise room with splendid view as well as state of art equipment. |
