| | This is an 18-unit condominium project for seniors. It has a heated underground garage. The developer wanted this building to be the Victorian style.
The building has a porch entry with balcony above. The corner towers animate the building composition. The pagoda at the top tier of the roof forms the focal point of the building. The dormers and wrought iron balconies give the building the romantic appeal. It was the developer’s goal to bring back the Victoria era of the Down Town Hamel.
The lobby is two-story tall featuring a wood grand stair, a-story-and-half-high glass windows and decorated ceiling with chandelier. All units are spacious, offering great views to the adjacent woods. |  |
