| This is a 29-unit condominium project for seniors. It has a heated underground garage. The developer wanted this building to be the Prairie style.
The building has a gabled entry porch. The clock tower forms its back ground to accentuate the entry experience. The lobby is two-story tall featuring a wood grand stair and decorated ceiling with chandelier.
All units are spacious, offering great views to the adjacent woods.
Each level has a small library. The top two levels have community rooms and exercise rooms with splendid view as well as state of art equipment.
