| This project located at Highway 65 and 109th Avenue in Blaine, Minnesota. The restaurant serves sandwiches, smoothies, pup and coffee.
The owner was trying to create a light and relax dining environment for the customers. The service area is the focal point of the restaurant. The stained plywood panels with aluminum strips form the service counter and the soffit creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apple green cove light, the signage and bright-colored light fixtures add the livelihood and excitement to the dining environment.
The other high-light is a fireplace of Minnesota blend river rocks. It creates a warm and cozy corner within the dining area. The restaurant also has a separate room which can not only be rent out for parties but also be used for employee training.
The floor is a warm-colored stain concrete, and it provides durability as well as economy. | |
